Whitney is a dedicated attorney who manages her own firm while also working at the Law Office of Stephen E. Robertson. She has built her career on a deep commitment to advocacy and service. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2014 and South Carolina since 2016, she has focused her legal career on litigation and helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and compassion.

​Whitney earned her J.D., cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She previously served as an Assistant Public Defender for Durham County from 2016 to 2020. In addition to her legal work, Whitney is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. She is recognized for her trial advocacy skills, client-focused service, and active community outreach.
